What is Cleartrip Activities?
Cleartrip Activities is a new product launched by Cleartrip that focuses on offering unique and hyper-local experiences/activities helping the consumers rediscover their own cities and for travelers to experience the uniqueness and essence of the destinations they go to.

Who can participate on the platform to list these experiences?
Any individual or company that offers experiences to end consumers can participate on the platform. You can also participate if you are a travel enthusiast and can create experiences offered by service providers you could manage. We highly encourage service providers offering unique and quirky experiences to end consumers.

How do I Sign-up? Is there any fee for joining?
You can sign-up by filling up a simple form at partners.cleartrip.com/camp. This is the platform where you will also list your experiences and is called as Cleartrip Activities Management Platform (CAMP). The platform is entirely free and there isn’t any fee for signing up or using it. It will usually take about 48 hours for your profile to get approved and you’ll be notified by an email.

Is there any documentation that I would need to furnish?
Our representatives will come to meet you and will collect these documents, after your account has been approved.We would require the following documents to verify your identity and listing.

Is there a training provided to use CAMP?
Once your signup is complete, we’ll introduce you to our Market Ambassadors who will act as a point of contact for you from Cleartrip and he/she will train you on how to use CAMP system effectively and create your first listing.

How do I create a listing on Cleartrip Experiences?
You can login with your login credentials to CAMP and list your activities with description, images, inventory, pricing,location of the activity, meeting points (if any), contact details of the person who conducts the activity etc. Our representative will help you out with the process. You can save your listing midway and can edit / modify the listing before your submit the listing for approval.

Will Cleartrip help me in beautifying my content?
Yes, we do. We have a team of professional writers who will help fine-tune the title, description, highlights etc. to make it presentable to consumers. We would encourage you to provide as much as information that you could give and we will work to make it more appealing to the customers.

Do you allow similar experiences from multiple service providers to be listed? How would I get maximum visibility in the system?
Yes. Our system will show experiences to the customers based on different parameters like Pricing, Uniqueness of the Experience, Reviews and so on. Please note that there is no manual intervention in the process and has been entirely automated.

Can I list more than one activity?
Yes, absolutely! You can list as many activities as you like provided you could deliver to the customers as promised.

I am an agent and I organize some very interesting activities. Can I register and list as an Experience Service Provider?
You can register yourself as an Experience Service Provider as long as you take the ownership of organizing those activities.

How do I manage the inventory of my activity?
Inventory is manageable by logging into CAMP. You will see a monthly calendar view with the inventory for every day highlighted. You can edit the inventory based on your real time fluctuations, define black out days, increase/decrease inventory on specific days etc.

Can I update different weekday and weekend prices?
Yes. You can manage the pricing in CAMP. You can even have different pricings for each day of the week.

Can I list On-Request Activities?
No. We only accept those listings that have specified inventory and can be booked online.

Can I list multiple night activities or holiday itineraries?
No. We are focused on short duration activities that typically run for a few hours. The maximum duration of an activity on our platform can be overnight.
Pricing and Payments

What is Market Price and what is the Commission?
Market Price is the price, which you sell the activities at, to your walk-in customers. The commission is the amount that you are willing to share to Cleartrip for every sale. You can enter either the commission percentage or the net payable rate to you for each sale.

How do I receive money via Cleartrip Experiences?
Online transfers will remit the payments to you automatically. You can list your bank account details with us and we willremit payment within 3 working days of the delivery of service to the customer
Bookings

What happens after there is a booking for my activity?
You will get an email with the booking details and the customer will get a booking voucher. The booking voucher will have your contact details listed. You will also details of all the bookings in your CAMP Dashboard and you will need to acknowledge the booking clicking on the ‘Acknowledge’ button.

Can the customer contact me to book my listing?
No, he cannot. Your name and contact will be visible only post-booking. The only reason we don’t expose those details pre-booking is to avoid time-consuming enquiries.

What happens if I cancel a service that has already been booked?
Cleartrip expects delivery of service every time a customer has booked. If you cancel a service after it has been booked for your own reasons, there is a possibility of you getting penalized.

What happens if I cancel my activity due to a weather interruption or a condition that is beyond my control?
You must mention in your listing that there can be cancellations due to weather interruption. When you foresee an activity not happening due to a weather interruption, please call the Cleartrip call center and let us know. We will take care of informing the customer and processing refunds.
If there is a state regulation on activities not to be conducted till a certain period during storm or a natural calamity, you must mark the inventory to Zero for those days to avoid further inconvenience to the customers

If I have any activity that is open from 11:00 to 18:00 hours – Will I come to know the time when the customer will come?
Yes, we’ll inform you the tentative time when the customer will be coming for experiencing the activity.

What do I need to do to sell more?
Please ensure that your activity listing in CAMP is as comprehensive as possible including the basic details like the name of the activity, type of the activity, description, pictures, location details, inclusions and exclusions etc., Please remember that the content is king when it comes to promoting your activities. So be as comprehensive and creative as possible while uploading the activity details.
Cleartrip will offer tools that would educate you about customer insights on how many customers viewed your listings and benchmarking you against the competition.
Cleartrip will be running promotional campaigns from time to time based on seasons and user personas. You may come up with promotional offers from time to time and contact Cleartrip to participate in those programs & campaigns.

Do you have customer reviews and ratings?
Yes. After the customer experiences the activity, he/she will be requested to rate and review the service provider. Customer ratings are very important in driving the visibility of your service and the sales.

What if there is risk of injury/life in the activity?
The customer must sign a consent form before experiencing the activity. The consent form states that the customer understands and accepts the risk involved with the activity and will be solely responsible in case of any mishap. Further the consent form also states that Cleartrip is not responsible in case of any injury/life.
